Duffy Boat Rental Terms & Conditions
Security Deposits
$150 Hold on the renters credit card is required for incidentals on all rentals.
No Shows
If the renter shows up more than 30 minutes late for their booking this will be considered a "no show". No Shows will be charged the full amount of the rental price with no refund.
Driver Must be 21+
The driver of the boat must be 21 years of age or older with a current and valid drivers license .
Late Fee
The renter acknowledges that there will be a $5 charge per minute for late returns of the boat.
Cleaning Fee
The renter acknowledges that there will be a $100 cleaning fee if the boat is returned in excessively dirty condition.
Damage
The renter acknowledges that they are fully responsible for any damages caused to the boat during the rental period.
Liability
The renter acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, or deaths that may occur while the renter is operating the boat.
