1. Rental Agreement
By renting a boat from Sundream Rentals, you agree to these terms and conditions. The person signing the rental agreement must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
2. Safety Requirements
- All passengers must wear provided life jackets when required by law or conditions
- No swimming from the boat is permitted
- Maximum passenger capacity must not be exceeded
- Children under 12 must wear life jackets at all times
- The operator must remain sober and alert throughout the rental period
3. Prohibited Activities
- No smoking or vaping on any vessel
- No glass containers allowed on board
- No towing of any kind (tubes, skis, etc.)
- No fishing from Duffy boats
- No pets unless pre-approved
- No loud music that disturbs others
4. Cancellation Policy
Reservations without Trip Protection are final. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early returns. Guests without Trip Protection may reschedule their reservation one time with at least 48 hours' notice. Any additional reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee. Guests who purchase optional Trip Protection (10% of the booking total) may cancel at any time before the start of their reservation and receive a full refund. If we cancel due to weather or other operational issues, you'll receive a rebooking credit for the full value of your reservation.
5. Damage & Liability
Renters are responsible for any damage to the vessel during the rental period. A security deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vessel. Renters agree to indemnify Sundream Rentals against any claims arising from their use of the vessel.
6. Operating Area
Boats must remain within the designated harbor area. Leaving the harbor or operating in restricted zones will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund and may incur additional fees.
7. Late Returns
Late returns will be charged at $50 per 30 minutes. Please call us if you anticipate being late so we can accommodate you and subsequent renters.
